Man's life is along three angles:

(1) Nature;

(2) Self and

(3) Society.

For a successful and happy life, one has to understand the nature of the three aspects. Introspection is a necessary practice for this enlightenment. In the SKY (Simplified Kundalini Yoga) system practiced and taught by many Light of Life Society Directors, Introspection is classified into five subjects:

(1) Analysis of Thought;

(2) Moralization of Desire;

(3) Neutralization of Anger;

(4) Eradication of Worries; and

(5) Self ‑Realization or "Who Am l?"

ANALYSIS OF THOUGHT

For any achievement we have to follow a perfect system of approach. Taking up the first subject viz, "Analysis of Thought," we should know there are six sources from which thoughts arise. They are:

(1) Need;

(2) Habit;

(3) Environmental conditions;

(4) Imposition of another person's thought;

(5) Hereditary imprints; and

(6) Divinity.

As action follows thought, all the thoughts that arise in the mind are to be analyzed and introspected for a better pattern of thinking and a better pattern of living.

When a thought arises, you have to catch the thought and identify its root. I will explain this with some examples.

Suppose the thought of taking food arises in you. You put the thought into introspection. Hunger could have given rise to the thought, Here need is the source of the thought. If you find that you are not actually hungry and yet the thought of lunch has come, examine whether habit could have generated it. It is one o'clock say ‑ the usual time for your lunch. Today it so happens that you are not hungry, having had a somewhat heavy breakfast. So you find that the thought of taking food has emerged out of habit.

In another situation, you are neither hungry nor it is your usual lunch‑time. And yet the thought of taking food has come while you are driving past an open‑air cafeteria. Here the thought has come merely at the sight of others plying their fork and spoon. This is an example of environmental conditions generating a thought.

You are attending a Yoga‑meeting for the first time. There all are discussing the science of life and the value and benefit of spiritual development. You, being in that atmosphere, think, " I also should learn the technique of spiritual development. " This thought, again, has emerged from environmental conditions.

You are taking a stroll when you pass by a fruit stall. You have had no intention to make any purchase; yet you retrace you steps and get some grapes from the stall and return home. There you wonder what made you to purchase the grapes, particularly when you have never been fond of them. Well, the reason for the needless purchase was the imposition of the thought of the vendor on your mind. His interests lay in pushing off his goods, you came along with a mind that was disengaged at that moment and so his will to sell got the better of your judgment. This is an example of thought arising due to imposition from others. High‑pressure advertisements for consumer‑goods, on TV and in newspapers, are oriented to have this effect.

You may suddenly get a thought that you should build a school or a hospital in your native village but you do not have the resources to do so. How did this thought come into being? It could be the revival of the suppressed imprints of the thoughts of your parents or grandparents. As every limb, sense and part of one's own body is evolving from the imprints of the physical structure of the parents, any character or desire of theirs will also blossom as a new thought in the offspring. Such thoughts are to be taken as "hereditary imprints." Many of the temperamental moods develop in a person only by the hereditary imprints.

Every person has come through millions of births through the hereditary link, So in addition to the imprints of habit of all the past births, the experience and enlightenment are also developing within everyone. So when the development reaches a stage, one may come to think of realizing the ~elf or to understand the Truth. Such thoughts are the outcome of the evolutionary force of Nature, which means they are thoughts from Divinity.

Now after analyzing the thoughts and finding out the source to be one of the six enumerated by me, what is your mental state? You are coming to Self‑awareness. Wavering of thought decreases in force. You are coming to a calm state of mind, Keeping the thought on thought is a valuable practice to shape up a man into a real man. After finding out the root, you have to continue the introspection: "What will be the result, if I go in action with the thought? Will it be beneficial or otherwise to me or to others, at present and in the future?" Thereby you will have a clarity in visualizing the result of your action. You have to decide whether a particular thought is to be translated into action or to be eliminated in the beginning itself. If you assess the thought is not ‑worthy or could be pain‑resulting, you have to give an autosuggestion that the thought is improper for such and such a reason and that you should not go in action with the thought. Whenever the same thought comes again, you will be able to remember your introspection and decision and you will be protected by being on guard against unnecessary involvement.

If you practice this method of analysis of thought for a week or so, a wonderfully constructive habit will form within you by which you will be able to filter every thought as through a sieve and bring out only the best thoughts in actions. This is the first process of introspection which will help to shape your life to a better personality. This introspection on thought will also assist you in gaining success in the introspection of other aspects starting with Desire,

MORALISATION OF DESIRE

Innumerable desires arise in us in the course of our lifetime. Not all the desires are good and successful and that is the reason we find ourselves in disappointment, frustration and misery from time to time. Mind works at such speed that body cannot keep pace with it. So it is the mind that has to be trained to adjust to the pace, necessity and welfare of the body. If there is no cooperation between body and mind very many troubles would afflict us, Therefore the process of Moralization of Desire is a must for all people who want to lead a better, prosperous, healthy and peaceful life.

Desire is after all a thought and so whenever a desire arises, one has to first understand:

(1) What is the root of the thought ;

(2) Whether this desire is good;

(3) "Without this enjoyment or desired thing, can I not live?"

(4) "What will be the result if I achieve the desired thing or enjoyment?"; and

(5) "If I can live without such enjoyment or thing, why should I unnecessarily create an involvement?"

With these questions, every desire should be introspected. If the desired thing is necessary for life and is assessed to be good, then we have to expand our introspection to find out what is the method of planning and achievement. (1) The desire, (2) Plan, (3) Approach, (4) Achievement, (5) Enjoyment and (6) The assessment of the benefits ‑ all six should go in line and in coordination with one another,

Suppose you desire a particular thing. You conclude the desire is good by introspection. Then you have to think about other aspects regarding the desire such as ability, environmental opportunity and the sentimental

feelings of others. In case your ability is not equal to the task of getting the desire fulfilled, you have to first devise a method for improving your ability. Then only there will be no conflict between the desire and the achievement.

For this process I will give you a practicable formula. Take pen and paper and make out a list of all your desires, in the order of importance, by putting to yourself the necessary questions as already explained. Write down your answers and decisions in the column opposite. Select the desires that you are confident you could carry through and eliminate the others. Work out now the methods for achievement and write down the planning also against each item. This brings you to the take‑off stage and you may put your effort to fulfill the desire in a proper way.

This kind of introspection will make the mind calm, relaxed, lighter and more peaceful, Follow this system and enjoy life as you should.

NEUTRALISATION OF ANGER

Anger is the worst enemy of mankind. Anger is one of the six temperaments arising out of inordinate or unchecked desires. Anger strains the relationship between body and life‑force, between life‑force and mind and between individuals and society. The people in family life are losing their happiness and creating pains and miseries for themselves and others because of anger. Anger raises the blood‑pressure, contributes to heart palpitation, trembling of hands, burning of eyes, ulcers in the stomach and so on.
Controlling or suppressing anger after it has arisen is of no use whatsoever, for the harm to health has already occurred. The force of suppressed anger will generate vengeance, depression and grief. So the best method is to neutralize Anger by or filled up when the mind is fixed on duty and effort is made perseverently with systematic planning.

Everyone has some problems at any given time, and these may come and go. One should not get baffled with the problems, Problems are part of life. Pause and consider what happened with the problems that had already come into your life and how they were settled. Similarly the problems confronting you at present would also be solved in time.

Instead of worrying over a problem, be courageous and find out what best you can do to solve the problem. If a solution does not occur to you at the moment, leave it to Nature and wait for some time. The appropriate solution will come of its own in proper time. Here you have to understand a fact of Nature. A problem would appear daunting only in the beginning; the solution is inbuilt and would become available without fail. We have to find out a formula for this; and if only one follows it systematically, it would be easy to get success in solving all the problems and in relieving the mind of the burden. In the manner you have learnt to deal with thoughts and desires, get paper and pen and list out all the problems you have. Then analyze them and place each problem in any one of the categories given below:

(1) Problems to be faced or endured because they cannot be solved or changed by any means;

(2) Problems which should be ignored because they are insignificant and no difficulty would arise when we neglect them;

(3) Problems which should be shelved for the present because they will have to be solved by Nature or by the society, at the proper time.

(4) Problems to be taken up for immediate disposal without delay.

These are the four categories under which we have

to classify the problems according to their merits.

For example, a child in the family is afflicted with poliomyelitis and a limb is impaired. Is there any use worrying over this problem? Will not the worrying and grieving weaken you and weaken the child too? You should do all you can to aid the child and equip for its future. This problem would fall in category (1) " to be endured. "

Next, one of your elder relatives is constantly proffering unsolicited advice, or a neighbor is itching to provoke you through sarcastic comments. A quarrel with the critic will only be a waste of energy. Place this, problem in category (2) "to be ignored" and keep your poise. The bother will abate in a very short time if you accord this treatment to it.

You are all ready for a trip abroad but there is delay in getting a visa on account of some change in the policy of the Government. Is there any point in fuming and fretting and kicking against the pricks? Accept the delay, for this problem is in category (3) "to be shelved ."

You are willing to get married but a suitable partner is not in sight. A solution to the problem depends on social and environmental conditions. While not slackening your efforts, you have to develop patience and wait for the proper time. The society and Nature will have to solve the problem. This problem, again, belongs to category (3).

You are afflicted with abdominal pain all of a sudden and you rush to a hospital. They diagnose the ailment as Appendicitis. Surgery is the only way and postponing it may result in danger. What next? Agree to the surgical operation forthwith. In a partnership‑ firm or even among brothers and sisters in a joint‑family, dissension could arise necessitating division or partition of property. Sentiment should then be kept aside and legal steps taken for the separation, as any further delay would only mean increased bitterness and all‑round misery. Such problems fall in category (4) "to be taken up for immediate disposal.

In this manner, when you analyze all the problems your mind will come to the state of settlement and peace. Your work is only to act on the decision you have made.

We should also remind ourselves frequently of the reality of life so that we may not generate unnecessary problems. We came into the world at a point of time and we have to leave it one day. We brought nothing material when we arrived on the planet and we would not be able to take anything on our departure. Circumstances and opportunities are giving everyone some duties according to their personality and responsibility. Just think what best you can do with every incident and occurrence. Limit your mind to your duty. Whatever happens beyond your effort is to be taken as the Divine Will. That is the Law of Nature which is the greatest force that was existing before our birth and would be existing even after our disappearance. Where is the worry? Leave worry itself to do the worrying! While we are alive we have certain responsibilities in regard to our own self and the society. These should be understood well and performed dutifully and successfully, to the satisfaction of self and others. The mind will then become lighter and peaceful. Clarity and ability of the mind will also develop enabling you to solve the problems easily and also to refrain from creating new problems in life.

SELF‑ REALISATION

Self ‑Realization is the perfection of the sixth sense and it is the peak of wisdom. Self ‑Realization, actualization of the Universe, realization of Truth are all the same. The entire Universe can be analyzed into four principles; they are
(1) Truth;

(2) Energy;

(3) Mass; and

(4) Consciousness.

Truth is the static State around the created universe, Truth is called by many names including the primordial State, Universal Being, Absolute Space,

Vacuum, Omnipotence and Omniscience. This is the basic phenomenon from which all the movements start. Energy is the moving state of the static State. It is a minute particle with self‑rotative action; actually it is just a wave of the static Being.

Because of its self rotative action it spans a volume or area and hence it is called a particle. Mass is only the association of such energy‑particles. Consciousness is the function of the Universal Being, understanding, feeling, calculating and enjoying its own beauties and values through the living beings and man.

When this understanding comes, whatever you see, everything is a part and parcel of Nature. Oneness in multiplicity and. unity among diversity are very clearly realized. This enlightenment will blossom as brotherhood among mankind. Man will understand the needs and feelings of other living beings and lead a life with the three virtues, Morality, Duty and Charity.

When a man realizes himself, he realizes the value of everyone on the Earth. And to respect the needs, aspirations and ambitions of others and to restrict and moralize one's own activities in life become part of his Being. That is why we have to stress that the above‑said three virtues are imperative.

Nature is the Totality and man is a fraction, Nature has taken the shape of man to develop the Consciousness from fraction to Totality. All are having the same aims, the same inner urge and the same potentiality within. So everyone has to understand the aims of birth and help one another and at the same time avoid creating pains and miseries. In this kind of realization, realist ion of Truth, actualization of the Universe and realization of Self are completed.

When one comes to this stage, that is the perfection of knowledge, the liberation of the Self from all unnecessary bondages. There is the peace, there is the happiness, there is the Bliss. In addition to Meditation and Introspection practices, simple physical exercises also are prescribed in SKY to keep the blood, heat and air in the body regular in their flow.

These exercises are taught in all SKY Centers

Visit http://www.vethathiri.org

What is 31/2 Digit Display?

"3 1/2 digits" means that one of the display digits is limited: it can only display a blank or the number 1. The atmosphere is quiet and charged, and the area beautiful, even though at present large parts of it are still under construction.

As yet incomplete, the Matrimandir emerges as a large golden sphere which seems to be rising out of the earth, symbolising the birth of a new consciousness seeking to manifest. Its slow and steady progress towards completion is followed by many.

While walking through the lovely green Matrimandir Gardens with their great variety of flowers, shrubs and trees, one's attention is greatly drawn by this important and powerful feature at the heart of the city which was seen by the Mother as the "symbol of the Divine's answer to man's aspiration for perfection" and as "the central cohesive force" for the growth of Auroville.
Evolutionary principle

The name 'Matrimandir' means literally 'Temple of the Mother'. According to Sri Aurobindo's teaching, the 'Mother' concept stands for the great evolutionary, conscious and intelligent principle of Life, the Universal Mother, - which seeks to help humanity move beyond its present limitations into the next step of its evolutionary adventure, the supramental consciousness.

The four Pillars
The four pillars that support the structure of Matrimandir, and carry the Inner Chamber, have been set at the four main directions of the compass.

The pillars of the Matrimandir have been named after these:

Maheshwari
(south pillar)

One is her personality of calm wideness and comprehending wisdom and tranquil benignity and inexhaustible compassion and sovereign and surpassing majesty and all-ruling greatness.

Mahakali
(north pillar)

Another embodies her power of splendid strength and irresistible passion, her warrior mood, her overwhelming will, her impetuous swiftness and world-shaking force.

Mahalakshmi
(east pillar)

A third is vivid and sweet and wonderful with her deep secret of beauty and harmony and fine rhythm, her intricate and subtle opulence, her compelling attraction and captivating grace.

Mahasaraswati
(west pillar)

The fourth is equipped with her close and profound capacity of intimate knowledge and careful flawless work and quiet and exact perfection in all things..

Inner Chamber

The spacious Inner Chamber in the upper hemisphere of the structure is completely white, with white marble walls and white carpeting. In the centre a pure crystal-glass globe suffuses a ray of electronically guided sunlight which falls on it through an opening at the apex of the sphere.
"The most important thing is this: the play of the sun on the centre. They are about synthesis. One way of thinking about these is to imagine putting discovery or invention into a test tube and analyzing it. Each would yield intuition and science. Well-known true stories about intuition and science, though, demonstrate that they often occupy different points on the timeline.

Eli Howe, the inventor of the sewing machine, needed to figure out a better place to put the eye of the needle than in the middle of it. It took years to do it, but one night he dreamed he had been threatened with death by a group of people carrying spears. The spears were shaped like the needles, but they had holes near the spear blades.

Immediately, he made a model of this new version of the needle, and then used the model to create a sewing machine that worked well.

In a dream, Einstein was sledding with friends at night. His sled starting going faster and faster, and he knew in the dream that it was going about the speed of light. He looked up and saw the various colors of the stars. At the end of his life, Einstein said that he knew he had to figure out that dream, and that his entire scientific career was a meditation on the dream.

Can we modify our educational system so that all graduates emerge with a science way of thinking? Let me try to be more specific. Consider Galileo’s great discovery (immortalized as Newton’s First Law): “An isolated body will continue its state of motion forever.” What could be more counter-intuitive? The creative act was to realize that our experience is irrelevant because in our normal experience, objects are never isolated — balls stop rolling, horses must pull carts to continue the motion. However, Galileo’s deeper intuition suspected simplicity in the law governing moving bodies, and his insightful surmise was that if one could isolate the body, it would indeed continue moving forever. Galileo and his followers for the past 400 years have demonstrated how scientists must construct new intuitions in order to know how the world works.

METHOD OF INTUITION

When the problem is very complex and complicated, analytical methods of decision making cannot solve it. In such cases, we rely upon our sub-conscious mind. Most of us get such intuitions through our dreams.

One Simple Procedure for Using Intuition for Decision Making or Problem Solving
1. collect all available info about the problem
2. make detailed analysis of the problem based on these info
3. write everything down in a piece of paper
4. before you go to bed, read the piece of paper once or twice
5. sleep calmly without thinking of anything else

When you sleep, your sub-conscious mind will evaluate the choices and most probably arrive at a suitable solution. This solution may be communicated to you through your dreams or it will come to your consciousness suddenly when you woke up the next day.

The better communication between your conscious mind and sub-conscious mind, the more chances are there to get a solution through intuition.

Yoga And Science

It is said that Knowledge is Power. All knowledge is based upon experience. Inferential knowledge, the knowledge in which we go from less to more general or from the general to the particular, has experience as its basis.

In acquiring knowledge we make use of generalization, and generalization is based upon observation. We first observe facts, then generalize, and then draw conclusions or principles. Similarly, in science, people easily find the truth, because it appeals to the particular experiences of every human being. The scientist does not tell anyone to believe in anything, but he has certain results, which comes from his observations and experiences, and on the basis of these observations and experiences, he asks people to believe him.

In every science there is a basis which is common to all humanity, so that one can at once see the truth or fallacy of the conclusions drawn from there.

It is comparatively easy to observe facts in the external world, for many instruments have been invented for the purpose, but in the internal world, we have no instrument to help us. The science of Yoga enables one to observe one's internal state with the mind as the instrument. The power of concentration, when properly guided, and directed towards the internal world, will analyse the mind, and illumine facts for us. The powers of the mind are like dissipated rays of light, which illumine when they are concentrated. This is the only means of knowledge.

A scientist observes the laws of Nature, experiments in his laboratory, investigates, infers and draws exact conclusions from his observations. But he knows nothing of the origin or destiny of Nature! Who made the sun and gave power to its rays? Who combined two parts of hydrogen with one part of oxygen to make water? Who gave power to the electrons? Who gave power to the atoms to combine into molecules?

Science does not know this great mystery. On the contrary, Yoga is completely unified knowledge. A Yogi gets inner divine realisation. He clearly sees with his inner Yogic eyes the subtle basics of matter. He identifies himself with the Supreme Being who is the Lord of the Prakriti (matter). He gets control over the five elements. He clearly understands the whole mystery of creation through direct intuitional knowledge. The scientist lacks this sort of knowledge. He has only experimental knowledge.

Before the invention of the watch, Yogis used to calculate time by measuring the shadow in day and by the study of the movement of the stars in the heavens at night. They were accurate in their calculations. Not only this, they also had a sound medical knowledge. The Ayurveda, is a living example of the proficiency, the yogis had in the medical field. They used to treat themselves with Aryurvedic medicines to keep their mind and body fit for uninterrupted sadhna in the forests. You will find in the books, written by rishis and yogis, on Ayurveda: "A healthy body is a good instrument for doing virtuous actions and practicing Yoga."

Therefore, we can say that Yoga and Science are inseparable. Just as a Yogi tries to control the mental forces, a scientist controls the physical forces. This is the only difference between a Yogi and a scientist. A scientist is also an unconscious Yogi, but his mind works in the external world.

Scientists possess partial knowledge of the universe. They have not understood the whole code of Nature's laws. They have no knowledge of the occult side of things. They have no knowledge of the astral, mental and higher planes such as Brahma-Loka (world of Brahma). The unseen world is of far greater importance than the seen-universe, which is visible to the naked eye. A fully developed Yogi can function in all the planes and so he has full knowledge of the visible and invisible Nature. The senses by which you get knowledge of the external objects are not fully developed. Therefore the knowledge obtained is partial. The external senses are exact counterparts of the internal astral senses. Scientists have no knowledge of the subtle rudiments of matter. Life will become fuller and richer, when one develops this inner eyesight by the practice of Yoga. Just as blood, when seen under the microscope, reveals many mysterious things such as leucocytes, lymphocytes, nuclei, pigment, germs, bacilli, etc., so also the inner Yogic eye reveals many mysteries of the hidden side of various things. The knowledge of the scientists is only fragmentary or partial whereas the knowledge of the Yogi is full and perfect.

Science differs radically in its outlook from philosophical musings. Consequently the mode of approach to its specific problems is different from that of philosophy. Yet there is some similarity in their findings, when some broad questions are discussed.

Scientists have to learn many things from the Seers of the East. Who gave power to the electrons to revolve? Who gave life to the cell or the protoplasm? What is that power that unites atoms to form molecules? Who gave intelligence to the cells to secrete milk or bile or gastric juice from the blood? These are some questions, the answers of which, are still being searched by the scientists. They are still exploring in darkness. Even if all the living scientists were to put their heads together to solve these questions, they cannot give definite conclusive answers to these mysterious questions.

Educated people are unduly carried away by scientific theories and discoveries. Anything, however stupid it may be, when stamped by the seal of science, is regarded as the gospel of truth. A theory or doctrine, however fallacious it may be, is accepted as true wisdom for all ages, when it is proclaimed in the name and on the authority of science. Even if a Haeckel, Einstein or Tyndel makes some fantastic and silly statement with the stamp of science, people are quite ready to swallow it with great avidity. Such is the fashion of the day! They reject the sublime teachings of the ancient Rishis and Sages in the name of superstition. The brains of these so-called educated and cultured people need a prompt, drastic and thorough flushing for a prolonged length of time.

But this does not mean to condemn the wonderful discoveries and inventions that modern science has contributed to the vast store of knowledge and happiness, which the present generation enjoys. The radio, the airplane, the microphone and other marvels of science are bound to baffle human intelligence. Scientists have found ways to fertilize an ovum with chemicals, without the help of semen. It is stupendous success.

Scientists are attempting to fix a radio in a matchstick. They are trying to get the necessary nutrition to the body by pressing an electric button, so that eating may be entirely abandoned. They are endeavoring to make the streets move so that there will be no necessity for motorcars and carriages. They are trying to establish means of communication with other planets. They may succeed in all their attempts.

But the question is: Can all these comforts and scientific discoveries and inventions give immortality, eternal satisfaction and everlasting peace? Have these material comforts enhanced human happiness? Is not man more restless today than ever before? Is he not more dissatisfied and discontented despite all these comforts? Life has become more complex and intricate today. There is only one remedy for all these ills. You will have to abandon all luxuries and go back to simple natural living, if you want to enjoy real and lasting happiness. Realising the Self through simple living, practice of Yoga, self-control, mental discipline and meditation, can attain immortality.

Matter exists in different conditions or states viz., solid, liquid and gaseous. The conditions may be made to change by variation of pressure and temperature. Water is turned into ice at a low temperature and steam at a higher temperature. Every solid may become a liquid or gas under suitable conditions; every liquid may be rendered solid or gaseous; every gas may be made liquid or solid. One form of energy can be also transmuted into another form of energy. Heat can be transmuted into light and light into electricity. Even so, seminal energy or muscular energy, anger, etc. can be transmuted into spiritual energy (Ojas-Shakti).

There is life in the mineral kingdom. This has been proved by the experiments of Prof. Van Schron at Naples. Even the elements manifest distinct preference. One element has a strong liking for the company of another. One element may even give up the company of one substance in order to join another element. This is chemical similarity. Every chemist fully knows this well. Hydrogen likes the company of oxygen. Two molecules of hydrogen combine with one molecule of oxygen. Water is formed. If you place sodium in the water, you will notice that oxygen likes sodium better than hydrogen and immediately abandons the company of hydrogen and joins sodium. Likes and dislikes are more markedly present in the vegetable kingdom than in the mineral. Many plants exhibit a remarkable degree of ingenuity in accomplishing their ends.

You should not think that the different planes or realms are lying one above another like the trunks in a shop. The different planes fill up the same space and interpenetrate one another like the light of a hurricane lamp, electric light, gas lamp and an ordinary kerosene chimney in a room. Matter has different degrees of density and different planes are constituted according to the different degrees of density of matter. These different planes are not separated in space. These planes surround you. You can be in touch with these planes, if you develop the inner astronomical eye or the mystic sight. It is not necessary for you to travel in space to study the condition of these planes. Within the space of the room you have the seven planes interpenetrating each other. The beings of a higher plane cannot be seen by the beings of a lower plane. But a being of the higher plane can see the beings of the lower plane.

According to the theory of Relativity some scientists believe that the world will expand after some years and man of future generations will be seven inches tall only, because matter will have to accommodate now to the increased size of the universe. Some matter is taken out of the bodies of human beings and distributed elsewhere to adjust the state of affairs. This is only a speculation and guesswork of some adventurous scientists. It may not happen at all. So you need not be afraid in the least. Be bold and cheerful. Try to get liberation in this very birth so that there will not be any chance for you to get a seven inch tiny body even if such an event were to occur.

But Yogis will always be there. Yogis can maintain their usual size. They can even expand their bodies ad infinitum through their powers. They can change their atoms and molecules and rearrange them. They can create new minds, new bodies by their Yogic powers. They can even live during the Cosmic Deluge. The position of Yogis is always safe. Yoga is the Supreme Divine Science. It is the Science of sciences. There will be more peace through simple living.

God is the greatest Mathematician. All scientists and astronomers are stunned by God's creation. They bow down their heads and say:

"We cannot proceed further. There is something beyond intellect. Our knowledge is imperfect. The riddle of the Universe can be solved only by knowledge of the Greatest Mathematician through intuition. The intellect is a fragile and finite instrument. The logic from various theories have not given us perfect illumination. We are still investigating in darkness. We are open to correction. Salutations and adorations to that Greatest Mathematician! Salutations to the Lord of the Universe! May He soon open our inner eyes to intuition."

Oil Pulling

Some of you may be wondering - what is oil pulling? And how can it help improve my health?
Oil pulling Therapy is a regimen that not many people have known about, until recently. You may have heard it pop up in various forums such as CureZone (and read many testimonials), and may have some inkling on what it involves, but I wrote this so you will know all the details.

First off, oil pulling was a regimen developed by Dr. Karach. He wrote a research paper that documented a healing procedure involving cold pressed oils. Using this method, one could heal a lot of chronic illnesses, diseases, preventing the need for surgery or medication (that can cause bad side effects).

What did the procedure involve?
It involved basically "swishing" cold-pressed oil in your mouth. Doing so would heal the tissues of all your organs at the same time. Harmful toxins would be eliminated without destroying any beneficial probiotics. Moreover, doing this everyday would prolong your lifespan, according to Dr. Karach.
What makes this method so exciting, and innovative is that it is extremely simple. No buying complex products, mixing products like an alchemist, or taking zillions of supplements. No, oil pulling just involves swishing oil inside your mouth.

Now, let me get into the specifics of the method. Here is how one would do oil pulling:

1. Every morning, before eating anything, consume 1 tbspoon of cold pressed oil, but DO NOT actually swallow the oil! Slowly swish the oil in your mouth, sipping and sucking it through your teeth for up to 25 mins. Use a lot of saliva, and mix the two together often. Doing this will use your enzymes, which in turn will draw out harmful toxins out of your bloodstream. So make sure the oil isn't swallowed - it will absorb toxins.

2. Continue swishing. As you continue swishing the oil, it eventually gets much more thin, and even turns white. Spit out a little into the sink. If the color is not white, it means you are not done. So continue oil pulling until the color of the oil is white.

3. After you're done, clean your sink, because it may contain lots of harmful toxins that you just eliminated. People have actually taken small drops of the remnants, and view them under a microscope, only to view toxic substances.

Oil pulling will generally increase your metabolic rate, and thus your health. Another beneficial effect most people have is the curing of bleedy gums, and cleaner teeth. But of course, the main benefit lies in its restoration of health.

I've done oil pulling for over a year, and at first I didn't really notice any benefits. However, after 2 months I can now attribute my lively energy, and my healthy digestion to oil pulling.

Here are some tips to keep in mind while oil pulling:

1) Do it the first thing before eating any breakfast. If you have any chronic ailments such as acne, or candida, you should do oil pulling more than once a day, but do it on an empty stomach.

2) Please do not swallow the cold-pressed oil while swishing. The oil will be contaminated with toxins as it draws it out. If you do swallow it, nothing horrible will happen to you - it'll just be eliminated through your bowels, but better not to swallow.

3) The best oils to do this is sunflower and sesame oil. You should experiment which different oils and see which one fits you the best.

My Thoughts
Oil pulling is something we all should try. It is extremely simple, and involves nothing more than buying a bottle of good cold pressed oil, and swishing it every morning. It's just like brushing your teeth.
Oil pulling works because it heals our cells, which are damaged every day by toxins. We all hear a lot of commotion about how good antioxidants are. Well, by oil pulling, we are essentially doing what anti-oxidants are doing. By oil pulling, we are ensuring that wellness is the norm for our body, not sickness, and cell damage. Dr. Karach postulates that if we were to do this simple regimen every single day, we could potentially live up to 130-150 years old. This claim is backed by many other scientists.

Some of the ailments that many people have successfully treated with oil pulling includes headaches, bleedy gums, leukemia, as well as acne, digestive problems, and kidney disease. For me, oil pulling has visibly given me softer skin, better sleeping habits, and a higher boost of energy throughout the day. Oil pulling therapy is s something I will continue doing, and I recommend you all try it for a month to see what it does for you!

Innovative Methods of Teaching

<meta equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; Vazhga Vayagam ! Vazhga Valamudan !!

We all live in a so-called sane and intelligent society running around daily to pursue our ambitions and dreams. Our lives are full of concerns and worries about our own successes.

We seldom realize the joy of holding someone’s hand and sharing our love.

We feel rejected when we are not appreciated or needed. We try our best to get noticed by society, groups, and associations that do not need us.

There are children who need you and your love.

Baby Sarahs Home is a voluntary school service organization bloomed in the year 1992 for mentally challengeable, physically challengeable and orphan children who are in need of special attention, care and love. These wonderful children are full of joy, innocence and wonder.

They are alive, vibrant human beings who can laugh, cry and express their emotions.

Their only challenge is that they do not have the cunningness and smartness to survive in the competitive world. They do not compete in school, in jobs or in business. They live happily and content and at most times are not even aware that they are mentally challenged.

My friend Rajendiran introduced me this NGO which has about more than 100 children. I made my mind to visit this place for all my family occasions and spend my time with them.

The school can expand and take more students if honorable members of our society such as yourself take up the responsibility of putting a smile on the faces of these special children.

You can give donations to the school. There is no benefit to you except the satisfaction and joy of sharing your money for this good cause. It is probably the greatest satisfaction you can have.

You have this extraordinary opportunity to contribute to a child’s life who are real children of GOD.

Come and share your joy of being alive with everyone.

For more details kindly contact:

G.Karthikeyan
Secreatary
Baby Sarahs Home
No: 7, Rajaganapathy nagar, Kakayanthope,
Ariyankuppam, Puducherry - 605007
Ph: 0413 2601491 Mob: 09443287887
Email: babysarahs@rediffmail.com

Also visit this link:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Baby-Sarahs-Home/191570023575
